Many businesses want to ‘go green’ but don’t know where to start. As 2008 Sustainable Company of the Year and partner to a large proportion of Australian businesses, Corporate Express had the perfect opportunity to leverage themselves as the facilitators of this change.

Action

Together with Corporate Express, we rolled out a program to help them promote their leadership position in sustainability. Commencing with the launch of the Go Green Guide – for a greener workspace, we produced a breakfast series across seven cities including invitations, data capture, event logistics and opt-in to a new sustainability program.

The program allowed Corporate Express to demonstrate that their sustainability stance was more than just a feel good promise, but a tangible way for businesses to develop a more sustainable workplace.

Outcome

The breakfasts proved a success with businesses of all sizes turning up and learning about ways they could create a more sustainable office. The program helped reinforce Corporate Express’ position as a leader in sustainability, with the Go Green Guide now considered a practical “go to” guide for sustainability in many businesses.
